Shipping Policy

Shipping for U.S Customers:
Your jewelry will be shipped via USPS First Class Mail with insurance and tracking.  Shipping and insurance at the cost of $10 is added at checkout for orders under $150.  Free shipping on orders over $150.

Shipping for International Customers:

Non-U.S. orders will be shipped via USPS first class International. Delivery confirmation is not available for first class international shipping, so I can only provide the customs form number. I cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit. Any customs duties, taxes, or fees that are charged upon delivery are not reflected in my shipping charges , therefore I cannot be responsible for any additional costs that may occur after I have shipped the item.

For an additional shipping fee, I can send packages via International priority mail or International Express mail. International priority mail may not offer tracking, but will help the package arrive sooner. International express mail offers both insurance and tracking.

Returns & exchanges

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, I’m sorry to hear that.  Please contact me to discuss your options. An item can be returned in its original, unused condition within 14 days of delivery for store credit.

Returned items should be unused and unworn and must be packaged carefully.  Items received in a broken condition due to poor packaging will not receive a refund.  Item must be received in resalable condition.

In case of craftsmanship defect, request for full refund within 14 days of your receipt of the item will  be granted and will be issued only after the item has been returned safely to Bedrock Rose. 

In returning your item, it is recommended you purchase shipping insurance; Bedrock Rose is not responsible for missing packages.  If the return item is not received, or is received in damaged condition due to poor packaging, no refund will be credited.

My sister introduced me to Laura's jewelry, and I was immediately impressed. Her pieces are unique and creative and beautiful. I ordered two pairs of earrings from her website (I don't live in Washington), and I really love them both. I recently had the opportunity to see many of her pieces in person, and they are even more beautiful than the pictures can convey. They are definitely works of art! Laura is very accommodating and easy to work with. I really liked the design of a pair of her gold earrings, but I preferred silver. I asked if she could make them in silver, and she had them done within a few days. I wore them every day for a couple of months straight! Laura puts a lot of thought into her art, including the packaging. Each piece was wrapped and boxed so nicely. I highly recommend Bedrock Rose jewelry!

Laura at Bedrock Rose is incredibly talented. Her hand-made jewelry is beautiful and well crafted. My daughter and I love her infinity jewelry. I just purchased another beautiful piece of sterling silver jewelry from Bedrock Rose. The minute I saw it I knew I had to have it! It’s a darling Pendant called “A Mare and her Foal”. Once again, Laura put her own unique and personal touch on it that made it feel like it was made just for me. My love for nature and animals makes this a very special and treasured piece. I absolutely love it! Tomorrow I will pick up my next lifelong treasure ~ Another Pendant called “All Dogs go to Heaven”.

I have gotten several pieces of Jewelry from Bedrock Rose by now. The craftmanship and creativity is beyond par. So fun to be stopped at the grocery store and told " Oh, what a beautiful necklace" Puts a smile on my face. I highly recommend you to check it out. Prices are very reasonable as well.

The owner, Laura Hingley, designed a beautiful pendant for my daughter-in-law's birthday. It was a spectacular piece; my daughter-in-law loves it and wears it frequently...it truly is a timeless piece. Laura also designed a pair of earrings to match an existing pendant I've had for years but never had matching earrings. Laura created the matching earrings from a photograph; one would never know they were separate purchases. I will continue to use Laura for any jewelry items I may need going forward.
